This is a standard clean, oil and adjustment (COA) on all brands. We will service all brands to include but not limited to: Bernina; Baby Lock; Janome; Husqvarna; Pfaff; Singer; Brother; Sears/Kenmore; and more.
Singer; Singer Featherweight; Sears; Bernina Record; etc.
Non-Embroidery basic functions (Brother, Juki, Janome, Non-modern Major Brands)
High-end / Modern Machines w/ Electronics (Bernina 570QE; Bernina 700 Series; Brother XV8550; etc.)
Specialized models Bernina 820; Bernina 830; and Bernina 880/880 plus (Our techs are trained specifically in this model)
Certified in Bernina - Once your machine passes the initial year we will be happy to do standard maintenance on the advance Bernina 900.
Sometimes a machine needs major adjustments due to something that may have slipped such as a belt or a gear. Additionally, there are times where a repair is the only option. We can help you with this as well.
If the repair is not obvious we will start with a detailed assessment. This will involve research in the specifics of the model and we will present options for you on the repair before proceeding.
If the machine is unrepairable or extremely expensive to do .... We will tell you before proceeding ... Honesty is our policy.
Repairs will involve an hourly rate charged in 1/2 increments. We will give you a fair estimate prior to starting the repair and communicate with you clearly along the way if there are additional issues found.
We will work authorized vendors where applicable and search options for replacement parts on older machines where parts are hard to find. All parts are charge at the retail price found with a 5% service charge for locating the part.
We will include this in our estimate once authorized to proceed.

Not every quilt, bag or quilted project has the same needs and we know that. We will work with you on making your project the final project you want it to be.
